モッズといえばThe Who。
オペラロックというジャンルを開拓したのも彼らだ。
今もライブ活動を続けており、パワフルさは健在。
しかし、オリジナルのメンバー2人は亡くなっており、正規メンバーはRogerとPeteの2人だけ。
1978年にKeith Moonは当時服用していた薬を誤って何度も摂取したため、死亡した。
2002年にはB.のJohn EntwistleがThe Whoのツアー前日に心臓発作で死去。
Kieth Moonはホテルや、自分の家を壊したりすることで有名で、Holiday Innからは出入り禁止になっていた事で有名ですね。
